We come to your home at a time that works for you. We'll meet your pet, go over their routine, discuss any behavioral notes or medical needs, and answer your questions. It takes about 20-30 minutes and there's no cost or commitment.
Yes. Consistency is one of our core promises. Your dog will be paired with a dedicated walker who shows up every time. If your regular walker is ever unavailable, we'll introduce the backup walker beforehand so your dog is already comfortable.
We walk rain or shine. Denver weather can change fast, and we're prepared for it. In extreme conditions (dangerous ice, lightning), we'll do a shorter walk or an indoor play session and let you know immediately.
Every single one. All team members carry liability insurance, are bonded, have passed a background check, and are pet first aid and CPR certified. We take your trust seriously.
Absolutely. We work with dogs of all ages, sizes, and needs. Our team includes a former vet tech and a certified dog trainer. We can administer medications, manage dietary restrictions, and work with reactive or anxious dogs.
We ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations at no charge. Same-day cancellations are charged at 50% of the service rate. No-shows are charged the full rate. Emergencies are always handled with flexibility and understanding.
