Standard turnaround for dry cleaning and shirt laundry is two business days. Same-day service is available for items dropped off before 10:00am (pickup by 5:00pm). Alterations typically take 3-5 business days depending on complexity. Wedding dress preservation takes 4-6 weeks to ensure the highest quality.

Yes. Every garment is fully insured from the moment we take possession until it is returned to you. We carry comprehensive liability coverage that covers loss, damage, and theft. Each item is logged and tracked throughout our facility. In the rare event of an issue, we handle claims promptly and fairly.

We have a high success rate with stain removal, but we are always honest about expectations. Our specialists identify stain types and apply targeted treatments before cleaning. Many stains that other cleaners have given up on respond to our process. If a stain cannot be fully removed without risking fabric damage, we will let you know before proceeding.
