Book Your Room

Players must be 10 years old or older. Players under 16 must have an adult (18+) present in the room with them for the full session. We don't enforce a strict upper age limit, but we do ask that everyone is physically comfortable spending 60 minutes in a themed indoor space. If you have any concerns, reach out before booking and we'll discuss the specifics of whichever room you're considering.

Comfortable clothes you can move in. No special gear required. You won't be crawling, climbing, or doing anything physically strenuous. Closed-toe shoes are recommended. Leave oversized bags in the lobby, we've got lockers for coats, phones, and anything you don't need inside. Phones stay in the lobby during your session.

You are never truly locked in. Every room has an emergency exit that opens immediately from the inside, no puzzle required, no explanation needed. This is a puzzle game set in a locked room story. The doors are not mechanically preventing your exit. Your Game Master can also pause or stop the session at any time. If you need to step out for any reason, just go. No questions asked.

A few things that consistently separate successful groups from unsuccessful ones: communicate everything out loud, even things that seem irrelevant. Don't work alone. When someone calls "I found something," everyone stops and looks. Keep found objects organized in one spot and track what you've used. Ask for hints when you're stuck. There's no penalty and hints are calibrated to keep you in the story. And finally: start with The Heist if it's your first time.

Most groups don't escape, especially in their first room. Our overall escape rates are 14% to 58% depending on the room. Not escaping is a completely normal outcome and we've worked hard to make it feel like a satisfying narrative conclusion rather than a disappointment. Your Game Master gives you a full debrief after every session regardless of outcome. You'll see every puzzle you missed, learn how they connected, and usually leave thinking "oh that's actually brilliant" rather than "we should have gotten that."

It depends on your baseline. The Séance uses atmospheric darkness, temperature changes, and moments of genuine ambiguity to create unease. There are no actors jumping out at you, no loud noises designed to make you scream, and no gore. Players who enjoy psychological horror tend to love it. Players with significant anxiety around paranormal themes sometimes find it uncomfortable. If you're uncertain, start with The Alchemist's Lab or The Heist and work your way up.

Yes. Our lobby and The Heist and Alchemist's Lab rooms are wheelchair accessible. The Séance and Pharaoh's Tomb have some level changes that can limit access, but we can often adapt the experience. Reach out before booking and describe your specific needs. We've accommodated players with a wide range of physical and cognitive differences and can adjust hint frequency, lighting levels, time extensions, and session pacing. We want the challenge to be the puzzles, not the logistics.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your booking receive a full refund to the original payment method. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a credit valid for 6 months. Rescheduling is always free with 24 hours notice. No-shows forfeit the booking but can contact us within 48 hours to request a credit at our discretion. For groups of 6 or more booked under a private event package, we ask for 72 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
