Bloom & Vine was born from a simple belief: flowers have the power to transform ordinary moments into extraordinary memories. What started as a passion project in Elena Martinez's garage studio in 2018 has blossomed into Portland's beloved neighborhood floral design studio.
Elena, a former art teacher with a lifelong love of gardening, began creating bouquets for friends and family as a creative outlet. Word spread quickly about her romantic, garden-inspired designs that looked like they'd been plucked from a secret English countryside estate. Soon, those friends were asking her to design for their weddings, their dinner parties, their "just because I need beauty today" moments.

Senior Floral Designer
Sophie's background in landscape design informs her modern, architectural approach to florals. She loves working with unusual textures and unexpected color palettes. Her specialty is creating bold, editorial-style arrangements that make a statement.
Floral Designer & Event Specialist

Whenever possible, we source from local flower farms within 50 miles of Portland. This supports our community, reduces our carbon footprint, and ensures the freshest possible blooms.
We use eco-friendly floral foam alternatives, recyclable packaging, and composting practices. Our goal is to create beauty that doesn't come at the earth's expense.
Every single arrangement is handcrafted by our skilled designers. We never use pre-made templates or assembly-line methods. Your flowers are truly one-of-a-kind.

Our studio is designed to inspire creativity and connection. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light, highlighting the natural beauty of our flowers. Large farmhouse tables serve as our design stations, where we craft each arrangement with care.
We welcome studio visitors by appointment. Whether you'd like to discuss your wedding florals, choose blooms for a custom arrangement, or simply chat about flowers, we'd love to have you. We source our flowers from trusted suppliers and local farms, hand-selecting each stem for quality and freshness. All flowers are delivered to us within 48 hours of being cut. We process and hydrate every stem properly, ensuring they arrive at your door in peak condition.

Giving Back
