We deliver Monday-Saturday between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Specific delivery time requests are not guaranteed but we'll do our best to accommodate.
If the recipient is not available, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location or with a neighbor/office staff. We'll notify you and the recipient when the delivery is complete.
Common Questions
For everyday arrangements, we can accommodate same-day orders if placed by noon. For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to ensure date availability. Holiday orders (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) should be placed at least one week ahead.
Delivery is free on orders over $75 within 5 miles of our studio. For orders under $75 or deliveries 5-15 miles away, there's a $10 delivery fee. Deliveries 15-25 miles have a $20 fee. Same-day delivery has an additional $15 rush fee.
Absolutely! We love creating custom arrangements. When ordering, simply note your color preferences, favorite flowers, style preferences, or any flowers to avoid. For more complex custom requests, feel free to call us or visit the studio to discuss your vision.
If we're unable to source a requested flower due to seasonal availability or supply issues, we'll substitute with a similar bloom in the same color family and value. We always maintain the overall style, size, and value of the arrangement. If you'd prefer to approve substitutions first, please note that in your order.
Yes! We can create arrangements avoiding high-pollen flowers like lilies for those with allergies or sensitivities. We also offer low-pollen options featuring roses, orchids, and certain other blooms. Just mention any allergies or sensitivities when ordering.
For funeral services, flowers are typically sent to the funeral home with the service date noted. For home deliveries to the family, it's thoughtful to send within the first few weeks. We recommend elegant, peaceful arrangements in soft colors. We're experienced in sympathy florals and can guide you through the process with sensitivity.
Yes, subscriptions are completely flexible. You can pause deliveries when you're traveling, skip a week, or cancel anytime with no penalty. Just give us 3 days notice before your next scheduled delivery.

With proper care, most arrangements last 5-10 days. Some hardy blooms like alstroemeria and chrysanthemums can last up to two weeks. We include care instructions with every delivery. Key tips: change water every 2-3 days, keep away from direct sunlight and heat, and re-trim stems every few days.
