Our standard rate is $75/hour for single-task visits and $95/hour for multi-task visits (when you bundle several small jobs into one appointment). Many common tasks have flat-rate pricing, which you can find on our services page. We always provide a free estimate before starting work.
Yes. Every member of our team is fully licensed, carries general liability insurance, and has passed a background check. We carry $2 million in general liability coverage and workers' compensation insurance. We're happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.
Most appointments are available within the same week. For urgent issues, we can often schedule within 24-48 hours. We offer 2-hour arrival windows (for example, 9-11 AM or 1-3 PM) so you're not waiting around all day.
Absolutely. All of our work comes with a 90-day workmanship guarantee. If something we repaired isn't holding up, we'll come back and fix it at no additional charge. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
We can go either way. For common items like screws, drywall compound, caulk, and basic fixtures, we bring them along and include the cost in your quote. For specialty items like specific faucets, custom hardware, or paint colors, we'll let you know what to have on hand. We can also pick up materials for you at cost plus a small trip fee.
Our minimum is one hour of labor ($75). That said, most small jobs can be bundled together to make the most of that hour. If you have a leaky faucet and a squeaky door, we can handle both in the same visit. We recommend making a list so we can knock everything out at once.
