Built by Engineers.
Trusted by Business.

We started NexGen IT Solutions in 2014 with one belief: small businesses deserve the same quality of IT support as large enterprises. A decade later, we're still proving it.

From Server Room to Full-Service MSP

NexGen IT was founded by Daniel Reyes, a systems engineer who spent eight years managing enterprise infrastructure for a regional hospital system. He kept running into the same frustration: small businesses around him were getting terrible IT support, paying too much for break-fix work, and losing days of productivity to preventable problems.

Daniel left corporate IT in 2014 and started NexGen with two laptops and a commitment to doing things differently. The core idea was simple: apply enterprise-grade monitoring and processes to small business budgets. Proactive, not reactive.

We've grown from a solo operation to a team of eleven certified technicians and engineers, supporting over 200 businesses across the metro area. The approach hasn't changed. We monitor constantly, respond fast, and treat every client's network like it's the only one we manage.

Proactive IT Management

The break-fix model is a bad deal for everyone. You pay for problems that could have been prevented. We flipped the incentive: our job is to make sure nothing breaks.

01

Prevention Over Reaction

We monitor your systems around the clock and address anomalies before they become outages. Most clients never even know a problem existed, because we handled it before 9 AM.

02

Transparency Without Jargon

We report on what we do every month. You'll always know the state of your IT, in plain language. No smoke, no upselling, just an honest picture of your environment.

03

Strategic, Not Just Tactical

We don't just keep things running. Our vCIO service helps clients plan IT investments, navigate software decisions, and build infrastructure that scales with the business.

People You'll Actually Know

No call centers, no offshore support queues. You'll have a named account manager and a small team of technicians who know your environment.
