From seasonal slip rentals to engine overhauls, Harbor Point is a full-service marina. We've been doing this since 1962 and we don't cut corners.

Seasonal Slips — April through October

Our seven-month seasonal agreements give you protected deep-water access through the full Lowcountry boating season. All slips include 30A or 50A shore power, potable water hookup, and pump-out service.

Rates are per-foot pricing for boats that exceed slip size limits. Seasonal rates include one pump-out per week. Additional pump-outs are $15 each. 30A power included; 50A available for $150/season supplement.

Annual Slip Agreements

Annual leaseholders receive a 10% discount on the combined seasonal rate, guaranteed renewal rights, and priority access to service scheduling. Most of our annual slipholders have been here for over a decade.

Transient Slips

Passing through Charleston? We maintain a number of slips for transient boaters. Typical stay is one to seven nights, longer stays subject to availability.

Transient rate includes shore power, potable water, and one pump-out. Call ahead during peak season (June–August) as transient availability fills quickly.

Indoor Climate-Controlled Dry Stack

Our main dry stack building holds over 350 boats on steel racking in a temperature-controlled, secured facility. Boats are launched by forklift on request, typically within 30 minutes of your call. We keep a courtesy dock clear for loading gear before you head out.

Premium plan includes annual bottom paint application, two engine services per year, and unlimited launches. Standard plan includes unlimited launches only.

Public Boat Ramp

Our four-lane concrete ramp offers 6-foot depth at mean low water and a courtesy dock on each side for loading and unloading passengers and gear. The ramp is heavily reinforced and maintained annually. Trailer parking is paved and lit.

Annual passes are per-calendar-year, non-transferable. Passes purchased after June 1st are prorated. Annual pass holders may display permit in window and enter without stopping at the office during staffed hours.

Engine Service

Factory-trained technicians handle everything from routine maintenance to complete inboard and outboard engine rebuilds. We work on all major brands including Mercury, Yamaha, Evinrude, Honda, Suzuki, Volvo Penta, and Mercruiser stern drives.

Electrical Systems

Marine electrical work requires a different standard than automotive. Our ABYC-certified electricians handle everything from battery banks to chartplotter installation to full rewiring of older boats.

Fiberglass & Gelcoat

Osmotic blistering, stress cracks, collision repairs, and complete hull refinishing. Our fiberglass team works in a dedicated enclosed bay with proper ventilation and climate control.

Bottom Paint & Detailing

We haul out and pressure wash on our marine travel lift, apply ablative or hard bottom paint based on your preference and usage, and return your boat with a full detail. Prices vary by boat size; call for a quote.

Fuel Dock Details

Our fuel dock is located on the south end of the main pier, clearly marked with red and green pennants. Approach from the main channel bearing 285 degrees. We have attendants on the dock from 7am to 6pm daily who will take your lines and handle the pump.

Current fuel pricing is posted at the dock and updated daily. Prices are competitive with regional marina averages. Annual slipholders receive a 3-cent per gallon discount on all fuel purchases.

Winterization Packages

Don't let an overlooked freeze wipe out a season. Our winterization packages cover everything: engine fogging, water system purge, battery conditioning, and hull inspection. We handle the whole boat so nothing gets missed. Packages start at $285 for single outboards. Schedule in September and October to get your preferred date.
