1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching

This is where the real work happens. We start with a comprehensive initial assessment where I learn everything about your health history, eating patterns, lifestyle, goals, and the things you have already tried. Then we build a plan that is yours, not a template I hand to every client.

Follow-up sessions are where the magic happens. We troubleshoot, adjust, celebrate wins, and navigate the real-life obstacles that no meal plan can predict. Most clients start with biweekly sessions and transition to monthly as they build confidence.

Custom Meal Planning

You know you should eat better but the planning, shopping, and prepping feels like a second job. I get it. My meal planning service takes the mental load off your plate (pun intended) and puts delicious, nutritious food on it instead.

Every plan is built around your dietary needs, taste preferences, cooking skill level, kitchen equipment, budget, and how many people you are feeding. You get recipes with clear instructions, a consolidated shopping list, and batch-cooking strategies for the week.

Growing and feeding a human is the most nutritionally demanding thing your body will ever do. I provide trimester-specific guidance, manage pregnancy-related nutrition concerns, support breastfeeding nutrition, and help you recover and rebuild postpartum.

Disordered Eating Recovery

Healing your relationship with food takes time, patience, and professional support. I work alongside therapists and treatment teams to support nutritional rehabilitation, challenge food rules, and rebuild trust between you and your body. You deserve to eat in peace.

Making Nutrition Accessible

I am in-network with several major insurance providers. If your plan is not listed, I provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients are surprised to find that nutrition counseling is covered by their plan, especially with a medical diagnosis.

I also offer sliding scale rates on a limited basis. Cost should not be the reason you do not get the help you need.
