Good to Know
Size: We charge based on your pet's weight and breed. Larger pets require more time and product.
Coat Condition: Severely matted coats require extra time for safe removal. We may recommend a shorter cut.
Behavior: Anxious or aggressive pets need additional handling time. We never rush a scared animal.
Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours notice. Late cancellations may incur a $20 fee.
No-Shows: We require a credit card to hold appointments. No-shows will be charged 50% of service cost.
Late Arrivals: More than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling to avoid disrupting other appointments.
Vaccinations: Dogs must be current on rabies, distemper, and bordetella. Cats need rabies and FVRCP.
Flea-Free: We reserve the right to refuse service to pets with active flea infestations until treated.
Health Concerns: Inform us of medical conditions, medications, or senior pet needs when booking.
