We deliver within a 5-mile radius of downtown Burlington, which covers most of the city, South Burlington, and parts of Winooski. We do our own delivery — no third-party apps. We bring a portable wood-fired oven to your venue and cook fresh pizzas on-site throughout your event. We serve parties from 20 to 200 guests. The process starts with an inquiry form or a call — we'll talk through your event, confirm the venue is accessible for the oven setup, and get you a custom quote. We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date. For summer weekends (June through August), we book out 6–10 weeks. Spring and fall dates often have more flexibility. Winter catering is available for indoor venues.
We offer a gluten-free pizza crust made with a rice and tapioca flour blend. It's baked in the same oven as our wheat-based pizzas — we use separate tools and handle it carefully, but we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination. If you have celiac disease, please let us know and we'll talk through what's safe. Our pasta contains gluten. Several menu items — the caprese, burrata, salads, and most desserts — are naturally gluten-free. We're happy to walk you through the menu; just ask your server or call ahead.
Yes. Hearthstone is available for full buyouts on Monday (our usual closed day) and during select off-hours on other days, subject to availability. We can accommodate up to 60 guests for seated dinners and up to 80 for a standing cocktail-style event. A full buyout includes a custom menu, dedicated servers, full bar service, and the full Marco-and-Elena experience. Minimum food and beverage spend applies.
