Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most often from homeowners and property managers.

What's the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water (3,000-4,000 PSI) for hard surfaces like concrete and brick. Soft washing uses low pressure (under 500 PSI) with specialized detergents for delicate surfaces like siding, roofs, and wood. We use the right method for each surface to get the best results without damage.

Will pressure washing damage my siding or paint?

Not when done correctly. We never use high-pressure methods on siding. Our soft wash approach is specifically designed to be safe for vinyl, wood, stucco, and painted surfaces. We adjust our technique and detergents for every material we encounter.

How often should I have my house washed?

Most homes benefit from an annual cleaning. Homes in shaded areas with heavy tree coverage may need cleaning every 8-10 months due to faster mold and algae growth. We offer recurring service discounts for annual and semi-annual customers.

Are your cleaning products safe for my plants and pets?

Yes. All our detergents are 100% biodegradable and rated safe for vegetation and animals. We also pre-soak landscaping with water before and after cleaning as an added precaution. Your garden, lawn, and pets are always safe.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and an outdoor water spigot, we can complete most jobs without you being present. We'll send before and after photos when the job is done and follow up to make sure you're satisfied.

How long does a typical pressure washing job take?

A standard driveway takes 1-2 hours. A full house wash runs 2-3 hours depending on size. Roof cleaning is typically 2-4 hours. We always give you a time estimate upfront so you know what to expect.
