Our Story

Family-owned and community-focused since 2009. We built VaultSpace because we believed storage should be simple, secure, and stress-free.

Built on a Simple Idea

In 2009, David and Karen Reeves noticed something frustrating about self-storage in their area. Facilities were either overpriced, poorly maintained, or both. Most felt like an afterthought. Dingy hallways, broken lights, and security systems from the 1990s.

They decided to build something different. VaultSpace opened with 120 units on a two-acre lot off Industrial Boulevard. The concept was straightforward: clean facilities, real security, fair prices, and staff that actually answers the phone.

Fifteen years later, we've expanded to over 500 units across three buildings. The original principles haven't changed. We still sweep the hallways twice a week. We still answer every call. And we still believe that how we maintain the facility says everything about how we treat our renters.

Our Core Values

Three principles that guide every decision we make, from building maintenance to pricing.

Security First

Every dollar we reinvest goes to better cameras, stronger gates, and smarter alarm systems. Your belongings are only as safe as the facility protecting them. We never cut corners on security.

Accessibility

Storage should work on your schedule, not ours. That's why we offer 24/7 gate access, drive-up units, wide hallways for dollies, and ground-floor options. Getting to your stuff should be easy.

Affordability

No surprise rate increases after your first month. No admin fees, no mandatory insurance upsells. Our prices are competitive and transparent. What you see on the website is what you pay.
