Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No. All our leases are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time with 10 days' notice before your next billing cycle. No penalties, no early termination fees.

What do I need to bring when I move in?

Just a valid government-issued ID and a payment method (credit card, debit card, or checking account for autopay). We'll handle the paperwork in about 15 minutes.

Is insurance required?

We strongly recommend it but don't require it. We offer tenant protection plans starting at $12/mo, or you can provide proof of coverage from your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy.

Can I access my unit at night?

Yes. Gate access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your personal access code. The entire facility is well-lit and monitored around the clock.

What can't I store in a unit?

No perishable food, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, live animals, or illegal items. We also don't allow anyone to live in a storage unit. A full list of prohibited items is included in the lease agreement.

Do you offer any move-in specials?

Yes. Your first month's rent is prorated based on your move-in date, so you only pay for the days you use. We occasionally run promotions for new renters. Call us or check back for current deals.
