Rapid Response Towing started in 2009 with a single tow truck and a commitment that every stranded driver deserves fast, honest help. Founder Mike Torres spent a decade working for other towing companies before launching his own. He knew the industry inside out and he knew what most companies got wrong: slow response, hidden fees, and dispatchers who treated every call like an inconvenience.
Mike built Rapid Response around a different idea. Answer every call in under a minute. Have a truck rolling in five. Arrive in thirty. Charge a fair price and explain every dollar. That approach turned one truck into a fleet of twenty-three, and a one-person operation into a team of forty professionals who show up when it matters most.
Today, we serve the entire metro area and surrounding counties. We handle everything from a dead battery in a grocery store parking lot to a jackknifed semi on the interstate. The trucks are bigger, but the promise is the same: we get there fast, we do the job right, and we treat every customer the way we'd want to be treated on the worst day of their commute.
