BrightPath began in 2014 when our founder, a former high school math teacher, started tutoring students at the local library. Word spread fast. Parents kept calling. One table in a library turned into our Learning Lane location.

Today we work with over 400 families across the Austin area. The mission hasn't changed: meet every student where they are, figure out what's holding them back, and give them the tools to move forward. No gimmicks, no one-size-fits-all approach. Just patient, skilled tutors who genuinely care about results.

Founder & Lead Tutor

Ph.D. in Education, UT Austin. Former AP Math Teacher.

Rachel taught high school math for 8 years before founding BrightPath. She specializes in making abstract concepts click through real-world examples and patient repetition.

Marcus Thompson

Science & Test Prep Specialist

M.S. in Biochemistry, Texas A&M. Certified SAT/ACT Instructor.

Marcus has helped over 300 students improve their SAT scores. His background in science gives him a methodical approach to breaking down any subject into manageable steps.

Reading & Writing Coach

M.A. in English Literature, St. Edward's. Reading Specialist Certified.

Elena works with students from early readers to AP English. She has a gift for helping reluctant readers discover books they actually enjoy, which changes everything.

A Place Built for Learning

Our Learning Lane center was designed from the ground up to help students focus and thrive.

Private Tutoring Rooms

Eight soundproofed rooms so students can focus without distractions. Each room has a whiteboard, comfortable seating, and good lighting.

Resource Library

A stocked library of textbooks, practice tests, and digital resources. Students can come in early or stay late to study on their own.

Parent Lounge

Comfortable waiting area with Wi-Fi, coffee, and a view into the tutoring rooms. You're welcome to stay or drop off and pick up later.
