Dark cherry, cedar, and graphite on the nose. Full-bodied with structured tannins, a long finish of dark chocolate and dried herb. Aged 22 months in French oak.
Ripe pear, toasted hazelnut, and a hint of vanilla cream. Bright acidity balances generous texture, with a clean, mineral-driven finish. Aged 10 months on the lees.
Delicate strawberry blossom and white peach, with a dry, Provence-inspired finish. Pressed whole-cluster from Pinot Noir fruit grown on the estate's highest elevation block.
